If you have any issues with your order, the checkout process, training, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service staff through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to ensure we find a solution that works best for you.

Firearm Training Reschedules / Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for training cancellations, if we are notified 48 hours prior to the training event we can reschedule you for a later date or issue you a credit. If the class is sold out and it’s less than 48 hours from class, there will be up to a $100 reschedule fee.

Firearm Transfers

We are not currently processing Firearm Transfers.
